Privacy Policy

Effective date: March 14, 2026

LibCyber is committed to protecting your online privacy and data security. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data when you use LibCyber network acceleration services. Our core principle is: minimize data collection, maximize privacy protection.

No-Logs Policy

LibCyber strictly enforces a no-logs policy. When you connect to our service, we do not monitor, record, or store any of your online activities. This means we do not retain the following information:

  • Your browsing history and visited websites
  • Your network traffic content and data
  • Your DNS query records
  • Your original IP address
  • Connection timestamps and duration
  • Your outbound IP address

Information We Collect

To provide and maintain our service, we only collect the minimum necessary information:

  • Registration email address — for account creation, login, and service notifications
  • Payment order information — processed by third-party payment platforms; we only retain order status
  • Support ticket content — information you submit when contacting us, used for troubleshooting

Information We Do NOT Collect

We explicitly commit that the following information will never be collected, stored, or shared under any circumstances:

  • Any traffic content transmitted through the encrypted tunnel
  • Websites you visit and applications you use
  • DNS query requests
  • The association between your real IP address and service-assigned IP address

Data Encryption & Transmission Security

LibCyber uses industry-leading encryption technology to protect your data transmission. All connections are secured with high-strength encryption algorithms such as AES-256, ensuring your data cannot be intercepted or tampered with during transit. We support multiple secure protocols and provide DNS leak protection to prevent your real DNS queries from being exposed.

Payment Information

LibCyber uses third-party payment processors for all transactions. We do not directly store your bank card numbers, credit card information, or other sensitive payment credentials. Payment processors are governed by their respective privacy policies, and we recommend reviewing them before transactions.

Third-Party Services

We may use analytics tools on our official website to improve user experience and site performance. Please note that such analytics apply only to website visit data and never involve your proxy connection or traffic data. We do not share your service usage data with any third party.

Data Retention

Your account information is retained until you actively cancel your account. Payment records are retained for the period required by applicable laws and regulations. Support tickets are deleted within a reasonable period after the issue is resolved. Since we do not log service usage, there is no such data to retain.

Children's Privacy

LibCyber services are not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected such information, it will be promptly deleted.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Significant changes will be communicated via website announcements or email. We recommend checking this page periodically for the latest policy.
