• Network acceleration through global high-speed nodes
• Multiple encryption protocol support
• Multi-platform clients (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Linux)
• DNS leak protection and privacy features

Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including safeguarding your login credentials. Accounts are for personal use only and may not be transferred, rented, or shared with others. If you discover unauthorized use of your account, please contact us immediately.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use LibCyber services only for lawful purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your country or region. You understand and agree that you are fully responsible for all activities conducted through the service.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using LibCyber services:

Payment & Refunds

LibCyber operates on a prepaid model. Plan fees are charged in full at the time of purchase, with specific pricing shown on the purchase page. Due to the nature of digital services, activated services are generally non-refundable, but we will handle refund requests reasonably on a case-by-case basis. If you encounter service quality issues, please contact support promptly.

Service Availability

We are committed to providing stable and reliable service but do not guarantee 100% availability at all times. Service may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure, and we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice. LibCyber is not liable for any losses caused by service interruptions.

Intellectual Property

LibCyber's client software, website content, brand identity, and related technologies are protected by intellectual property laws. Without written authorization, you may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or distribute our software and content in any way.

Service Termination

If you violate any provision of these terms, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account and service access without refunding any remaining balance. You may also terminate the service at any time by canceling your account. After account termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
